Besides the court tax disputes described below, JSW S.A. is also a party to a number of court proceedings concerning its operations. Typical disputes in which it participates include disputes related to demands to rectify mining damages, disputes concerning damages for accidents in the workplace and disputes concerning contractual liabilities.
