[“Company”, “JSW S.A.”] hereby reports that on 30 April 2024, the Company received a notice from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offerings and the Terms and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies.
