Jarosław Zagórowski - President of the Management Board
	President of the Management Board of JSW S.A. since 19 March 2007 Prior to his appointment to the current position, he had been working for the Company as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and prior to that, from 30 June 2003, as member of the Supervisory Board. Nearly from the very beginning of his professional career, i.e. since 1997, he worked at the Ministry of Economy – inter alia at the position of advisor to the Undersecretary of State on mining, power sector, gas industry, liquid fuels and metallurgy, and advisor on initiation and implementation of the state industrial policy in metallurgy, coking industry, energy and non-energy mineral mining, and state energy policy matters. In 2002-2003, as the deputy director of the Industry Restructuring Department at the Ministry of Economy, he was responsible for the black coal mining sector and non-energy minerals; from 2003 he was the Minister’s Counsel at the Energy Security Department of the Ministry of Economy, Labor and Social Policy. He is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, where he obtained a degree from two faculties: mechanics and construction of machinery at the Mechanical Engineering Faculty and marketing and management at the Organization and Management Faculty. In 2004, he completed his PhD studies at the Mining Faculty of the Mining and Metallurgical Academy in Kraków. Deputy Chairman of Central Europe Energy Partners. Deputy President of Poland’s biggest and oldest employer organization – Pracodawcy RP. Member of the Coal Industry Advisory Board. Winner of numerous awards and titles, among others: Distinguished with the title „Those who change Polish industry”. Honored with the prestigious Manager Award, granted by the publishers of the Business Magazine Manager for material acquisitions in strategic coking and power segments, ambitious investment program implemented by the Company and record-breaking results. Chosen as the „Personality of the Year 2011” in the Mining Success of the Year Competition for his actions towards development of a leading European Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa Capital Group. The Competition was organized by the Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the School of Underground Operations.

Grzegorz Czornik - Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales
	Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales since 5 June 2007 A metallurgist and an economist by education. First he graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and then he went on to study economic IT in Germany and European management at the Poznań University of Economics. After completing his studies in management (based on the curriculum of the MBA course offered by the Warsaw School of Economics), in 2005 he earned his Ph.D. in an inter-faculty doctoral program of the Kraków University of Economics, having successfully defended his dissertation in the economics of international coke and coal markets. Before joining JSW, he worked for Polski Koks from 1997 to 2007. That is where he gained his extensive experience in trading coke and coal in international markets. Earlier, he spent three years in Solingen, Germany, where he was employed as a project manager in a promotion agency serving the world’s largest corporations. He is the author of a number of publications on the international market for coking coal and coke and on the position of Poland as an exporter of coke.

A metallurgist and an economist by education. Andrzej Tor - Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters
	Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters since 18 August 2000 Earned a Ph.D. in technical sciences from the Mining Faculty of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, having defended his doctoral dissertation on methane hazard in gallery mining pits (with honors). With JSW S.A. for over 12 years, initially as Vice-President for Production and since 2011 as Vice-President for Technical Matters. Associated with the mining industry since the beginning of his professional career. Worked in the Siemianowice Coal Mine in mining supervision and management, starting from the position of overman and ending in the position of chief engineer. In 1993-2000 worked in Rudzka Spółka Węglowa as Chief Engineer of the Siemianowice Coal Mine, then as Director of the Mine and eventually as Vice-President of the Management Board and Director of the Restructuring Department. Authored over 60 publications (including 3 books) on natural hazards and restructuring issues in the mining industry. Andrzej Tor - Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters

Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical Matters since 18 August 2000

Earned a Ph.D. in technical sciences from the Mining Faculty of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, having defended his doctoral dissertation on methane hazard in gallery mining pits (with honors).

With JSW S.A. for over 12 years, initially as Vice-President for Production and since 2011 as Vice-President for Technical Matters.

Associated with the mining industry since the beginning of his professional career. Worked in the Siemianowice Coal Mine in mining supervision and management, starting from the position of overman and ending in the position of chief engineer. In 1993-2000 worked in Rudzka Spółka Węglowa as Chief Engineer of the Siemianowice Coal Mine, then as Director of the Mine and eventually as Vice-President of the Management Board and Director of the Restructuring Department.

Authored over 60 publications (including 3 books) on natural hazards and restructuring issues in the mining industry. Robert Kozłowski - Vice-President and CFO
	Vice-President and CFO since 1 April 2012 . Graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics (Warsaw School of Planning and Statistics) with a master’s degree in economics and a specialization in the economics and organization of foreign trade. Completed the IPMA Project Management Study Program run by ODiTK and BCC and the course for supervisory board members in State-Treasury-owned corporations. Has extensive knowledge in finance and management in traditional, highly capital-intensive industrial sectors, capital markets and is seasoned in the international management of industrial projects concerning non-ferrous metallurgy, underground construction and sales of machinery, plant and complete technological lines (Brazil, Northern Africa and vintage EU member states). Participant of numerous courses, fellowships and training programs concerning finance, banking and portfolio management delivered by leading financial institutions (including the American Institute of Banking, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Societe Generale, Dresdner Bank, Charterhouse, IFF, EVCA), audit and tax consulting firms (Grant Thornton Frąckowiak, Ożóg i Wspólnicy) as well as management in industrial sectors (large-scale chemical processing, biofuels, power sector, metallurgical sector). Specializes in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and turnaround management. During his career has acted in the capacity of a management board member and financial director in corporations, closed-end investment funds, manufacturing and trading corporations and capital groups, including public corporations. Has performed corporate governance oversight functions as the chairman or a member of a number of corporations, manufacturing and trading companies, primarily in traditional, highly capital-intensive industrial sectors. Since 1 April 2012 has acted in the capacity of Vice-President and CFO of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. where he has focused on building the position of the financial area in the capital group as a partner to provide support in the process of making key strategic and operational decisions: supporting strategic development projects, enhancing controlling processes and controlling operating costs and centrally managing financial risks.

	Vice-President of the Management Board for Labor and Social Policy since 18 August 2009 A lawyer by education, having graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed post-graduate studies in social labor dialog at the Katowice University of Economics and in management of industrial occupational health and safety at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He has been associated with Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. almost since its establishment, i.e. since 1995. From May 1995 to August 1999 he served as Head of the Organizational and Legal Department and then from 1999 to 2009 as Director for Labor at the Borynia Coal Mine.

A lawyer by education, having graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice. He also completed post-graduate studies in social labor dialog at the Katowice University of Economics and in management of industrial occupational health and safety at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice.

He has been associated with Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. almost since its establishment, i.e. since 1995. From May 1995 to August 1999 he served as Head of the Organizational and Legal Department and then from 1999 to 2009 as Director for Labor at the Borynia Coal Mine.
