Occupational Health and Safety Management System
The occupational health and safety management system functions as part of the Integrated Management System. Its objective is to create and enhance the management mechanisms at the Company in order to mitigate the risks and threats for the employees. The process is performed in a repetitive cycle of activities as well as planning, organisational and audit-related decisions, based on developed procedures and instructions, while monitoring is supported by an IT system. This enables the Company to improve its work in this area and, in particular, to take actions to ensure that safe technological processes are used, and to prevent accidents, occupational illnesses and potential accidents. A declaration was made to identify, monitor and mitigate the risks which may affect occupational safety; measures for promoting save behaviour of the employees have also been declared and intensified.
