In order to reduce business risk effectively, within adopted by the Board "Strategy of the activities of JSW SA in the years 2010 - 2030 ", and also to ensure the policies and objectives of the Integrated Management System, the Information Security Management System has been implemented.
As the system operating within Integrated Management System, it includes: "Information Classification", "Risk Analysis and Assessment" and "Risk Conduct Plan". The system was implemented in order to apply security mechanisms, relevant to business needs, define the rules of individual information conduct, risk assessment, based on existing threats and determine acceptable levels of risk.
Certificate awarded in this system covers all works of JSW SA, and hence, JSW is the only Company in the Polish mining industry, which has applied the requirements of the international standard PN-ISO/IEC 27001:2014 in full scope.
