Taking into account your right to protection of personal data in accordance with Article 13(1), 13(2), 14(1) and 14(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we would like to inform you that:

- Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- taking pre-contractual activities,
- entering into a contract,
- performing a contract,
- keeping records and selling products, services and goods (including excise products),
- reviewing complaints and grievances,
- examining and pursuing claims, if any,
- pursuant to Article 6(1)(b), i.e. in order to perform a contract, Article 6(1)(c) – to fulfill a legal obligation resting on the Controller, Article 6(1)(f) – for purposes associated with legitimate interests pursued by the Controller and to pursue claims or defend the Controller’s rights.
- Recipients of your personal data may include: entities cooperating with the Company by providing services to the Company and supporting the Company’s current business processes. Recipients of your personal data may also include any entities authorized by law.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to any third countries/international organizations.
- Your personal data will be stored for a period:
- corresponding to the term of your contract with us and, following its expiration or termination, for a period arising from the legal obligation provided for in the generally applicable provisions of law,
- necessary to pursue any claims.
- You have the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data or object to such processing.
- You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, that is the Personal Data Protection Office, in situations set forth in Article 77(1) of GDPR.
- Provision of your personal data is required for the fulfillment of the objectives specified in item 3
- Your personal data will not be subject to automatic processing, including profiling.
