Mr. Artur Kisielewski is a statutory auditor, graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, majoring in Enterprise Management, and from the Katowice Business University, majoring in Accounting and Finance, where he also obtained the IES Certificate from the International Education Society. He holds a Diploma from the Minister of the Treasury for candidates for members of Supervisory Boards in State Treasury companies.
He completed postgraduate studies in IFRS/IAS International Accounting Standards at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. He graduated from the Mining Technical School at the Mining and Electrical School Complex in Jastrzębie-Zdrój with the title of machine technician specializing in the operation of underground mining machinery and equipment.
Since 1998 he has been involved in the auditing of financial statements according to both Polish and International Accounting Standards. He specializes in auditing financial statements of public interest entities, including listed companies and financial institutions, auditing consolidated financial statements and consolidation packages, preparing prospectuses, auditing transformation and merger plans and providing advisory services to corporations and financial institutions.
He has worked for audit firms associated with international networks of audit and consulting firms, including Moore Stephens, Baker Tilly and BDO, where he served as a manager in the audit department. As a Managing Director he headed the Warsaw office of KPFK dr Piotr Rojek.
He is currently the President of the Management Board and a statutory auditor in the audit firm ATAC Audytorzy i Partnerzy Sp. z o.o. in Katowice.
