Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) hereby reports that on 17 January 2022 a coal supply agreement (“Agreement”) was entered into by and between Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (acting in the Agreement as the “Seller”) and MORAVIA STEEL a.s. with its registered office in Trinec, Czech Republic (acting in the Agreement as the “Buyer”).

The Agreement was executed for the term of 7 years, from January 2022 to December 2028. Under the Agreement, coal, mainly coking coal, will be supplied to secure the production needs of TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY a.s.

The estimate value of the Agreement is PLN 2.6 billion.

In connection with the Buyer’s significant share in JSW's customer portfolio, information about the executed Agreement is material due to securing stable coal sales in the long term. In addition, MORAVIA STEEL a.s. is also a buyer of coke from the JSW Group.
