Representatives of the Borynia - Zofiówka - Jastrzębie mine management, President of Jastrzębie-Zdrój, witnesses of those events, and a numerous delegations attended the ceremony commemorating the tragic episode of 1981, related to the introduction of martial law and the pacification of Manifest Lipcowy mine.

After the speeches, bouquets of flowers were laid at the memorial plaque. The organizer of the celebrations was the "Solidarity" trade union at Borynia - Zofiówka - Jastrzębie mine.
