The Czerwionka-Leszczyny School Complex provides education in the following fields: electrical technician specializing in mining equipment and installations and underground mining technician. In the 1st degree industrial school students learn the following professions: electrician specializing in mining equipment and installations and underground miner.
- The rank of the mining profession is growing. This year we are opening a class of 20 people, where we have students with really good academic results. We haven't had such a situation for a long time - notes Natalia Kuś, director of the Czerwionka-Leszczyny School Complex, and adds: - Already at the start, our students are provided with good conditions, thanks to, among other things, cooperation with Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, scholarships awarded and a guarantee of employment, which are certainly an additional motivation.
The agreement was signed by Artur Wojtków, Vice-President of the JSW Management Board for Employment and Social Policy, Damian Mrowiec, County Governor and Natalia Kuś, Director of the School Complex in Czerwionka-Leszczyny.

Under the agreement, Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa will provide students with the opportunity to undergo vocational training. This is an opportunity for young people to receive good professional training and gain experience in the difficult mining work.
