“Civil shareholding. Invest advisedly” program is to create social trust towards capital market and to increase involvement of individual investors at Warsaw Stock Exchange.
“We want Poles to take aware investment decisions equipped with the knowledge of the capital market rules of operation, especially in times of volatile stock situation”- says Minister of the State Treasury Mikołaj Budzanowski.- “Knowledge is the best invertor’s weaponry and may safeguard against risky savings investments”.
One of the key undertakings implemented in this year’s program is series of workshop meetings dedicated to stock investing. Persons taking their first steps on the stock market along with experienced investors are invited to participate in free meetings with experts, trainings and practice sessions. These are be the occasions to learn about the capital market possibilities. The participants of workshops will learn to manage their savings advisedly. Also capital market organization in Poland is going to be explained. Attendants of the sessions will be presented with the information on listed company shareholder’s rights. From September 2012 till January 2013 the experts from 14 brokerage houses are to visit 34 cities in Poland.
