On 27 July 2023, a meeting was held between the JSW S.A. Management Board and Representative Trade Union Organizations, during which issues related to the payment of a one-off incentive bonus were discussed. It has been agreed that unit directors will reexamine employees' days of service for the first six months of 2023 in terms of absenteeism due to blood donation and special leaves. The adjusted amounts will be paid on 10 August 2023.
