Position of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa

The Temporary Management Board of JSW Innowacje, following an analysis of the situation, has made a decision regarding the suspicion of harassment of four female employees by a principal. The prosecutor's office was notified of the possibility of committing a crime.

Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa hereby reports that its JSW Innowacje subsidiary has in place a code of ethics that prohibits any mobbing conduct. Every notification of a violation of the code is investigated urgently and remedied. There are procedures in place that ensure anonymity of the individuals reporting a violation. The JSW Group does not tolerate any unethical or discriminatory behavior.

Please note that, at the meeting of 21 February, the Supervisory Board of JSW Innowacje SA accepted the resignation of the now former President of the Management Board of JSW Innowacje with immediate effect.

The temporary Management Board of JSW Innowacje will provide all assistance to anyone who reports unethical and illegal conduct. The authorities of JSW SA and JSW Innowacje declare their full willingness to cooperate with state authorities investigating the irregularities.

The JSW Group has been committed for years to the pursuit of the policy of observing the principles of ethics and anti-discrimination. There are special procedures in place governing the reporting of violations and irregularities and attempts to conceal them.
