It's a big day for the children who took part in the photo shoot. During the official presentation, they were able to see their photos on the calendar pages for the first time.
“Information about the photo shoot for the calendar appeared on social media and we decided to enter our daughter," says Mariola Zimka, mother of seven-year-old Wiktoria, and adds: “Wiktoria treated it as fun, so she had a great time during the shoot. It's definitely an adventure that will stay with her for a long time.”
The children approached the task with joy and commitment, and they had a lot of fun posing for pictures. The new calendar is a great idea for a Christmas gift.
“I think this is a fantastic idea. A few years ago we published a similar calendar, but this time we decided that the protagonists will be the children of our employees, and it worked out wonderfully,” said Artur Wojtków, Vice-President of the JSW Management Board for Labor and Social Policy.
The calendar featured 27 photographs of children of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa employees. The youngest Kacper is 4 years old, and the oldest children are 12 years old.
“We had close to 500 submissions and it wasn't easy to choose the protagonists. This is one of the many projects we are implementing as part of our corporate social responsibility. It was inspired by children's dreams and values,” said Agnieszka Barzycka, head of JSW's Social Responsibility Team, where the idea for the calendar photo shoot originated.
The photos for the calendar were taken by Jastrzębie’s “Independents” photography club.
