The agreement gives the employees passing as of October 1, 2016 to SRK primarily a guarantee of re-employment in JSW SA in case the necessary verifications will be found to have the required permissions to take leave of the mining, leave for employees of the coal processing plant, or one-time severance payment. The guarantee also applies to people who have expressed their willingness to make use of one-time severance payment, and due to changes in pension rights, that is - lowering the retirement age, before receiving the severance payment would lose the right to receive a pension.
In addition, the Agreement protects employees guaranteeing the payment of social benefits resulting from the JSW S.A. regulations of the Social Fund and the payment of "Barbórka”.
These guarantees were developed with the strong involvement and substantive support of the Government Plenipotentiary for Restructuring of Hard Coal Mining - Mr. Grzegorz Tobiszowski.
