The employees have elected their representatives to the Supervisory Board of JSW S.A.

Eugeniusz Baron, Andrzej Palarczyk, Adam Wałach and Robert Kudelski have been elected by the employees to the Supervisory Board for the 8th term of office.

It is Eugeniusz Baron, the employee of the KWK Pniówek, who received the biggest support of 2,289 votes. Andrzej Palarczyk of the KWK Krupiński won support of 1,587 employees. Adam Wałach of the KWK Pniówek won confidence of 1,426 voters. Robert Kudelski of the KWK Jas-Mos gained 1,406 votes. The elections of the employees’ representatives to the Supervisory Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa took place on Tuesday, 3 April 2012. The total attendance rate reached almost 52%. If we consider particular Company’s plants, the Pniówek mine can pride itself on the highest attendance rate, where 66.7% of the crew cast their votes. At the second ranking place we can find the Management Board’s Office with 66.4%, and at the third – Material Logistics Centre with a result of 63.4%. The lowest attendance rate was recorded in the Budryk mine, where only 24.9% of employees participated in the elections. The representatives of the crew elected to the Supervisory Board of the 8th term of office will be appointed during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
