This marks another step following April’s initial payment of incentive bonuses to employees working in panels, mine faces, and conducting reinforcement and liquidation works.
The payment of the task bonus to all JSW employees (not applicable to employees under the management by objectives program or interns) will take place every month, beginning with April, until December 2012. Should the analysis of its implementation in this period confirm its positive influence on the Company’s economic results, the bonus will be extended for subsequent years.
Introducing incentive and task-based bonuses is one of the measures undertaken by the JSW’s Management Board aimed at unifying the employee remuneration system and tying it to the effects of their work.
