Jolanta Gruszka has graduated from the faculty of philology at the University of Silesia in Katowice, as well as numerous training courses in the field of sales strategy and management. She is certified sworn translator of English.

She has many years of professional experience related to trade and management.

Her professional career began in 1990 in "Centrozap" Trade and Industry Company, where she worked as a trainee for commerce and sales specialist.

Since 1996 she was employed in the Polski Koks, where she held positions ranging from marketing and trade specialist to the Vice – President of the Board. Since October 2016 she serves as the Representative of the JSW S.A. Board. Associated with trade, marketing and freight forwarding since the beginning of her career. She has completed a number of large projects related to the implementation of trade policy and sales strategy, restructuring and reduction of costs.
