The team comprises of representatives of the employer and the employees - The atmosphere is uplifting and gives hope for the development of rules, which would be acceptable to both sides - says Roman Brudziński, vice-chairman of Solidarity at JSW. - At this point we presented our comments and are looking forward to the next meeting. We realize the difficult situation of our company, so we take the whole consultation process responsibly - adds vice-president.

Separate Work Regulations have been in force in each JSW plant so far. - Even though they were alike, yet on key issues, such as the system of organization of working time or settlement period, they differed. After working out unified Work Regulations, the next step will be negotiations on the establishment of a unified Collective Bargaining Agreement for JSW employees.

The next step is to consult with the directors of JSW works, then the decision of the management board and finally announcement the content to the crew.
