Visit by Armenia’s Ambassador to JSW

At the invitation of the Ministry of Energy and the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa, Mr. Samvel Mkrtchian, Ambassador of Armenia to Poland, paid a visit to Pawłowice. It was the first opportunity for the diplomat to see a coal mine from the inside.

Earlier today, the Supervisory Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa made a decision to appoint a new President of the JSW S.A. Management Board.

Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa maintains its cooperation with schools involved in educating future miners.

 First disbursements of compensation

Widows and orphans of deceased miners and other eligible persons who have applied for compensation for their withdrawn free coal allowance are already receiving their payments. Other applications are still being processed.
