Resumption of work on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement

The JSW SA Management Board has unanimously decided to resume work on a new, unified Company-Level Collective Bargaining Agreement for the employees of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa SA.

Currently at JSW SA, each mine has different provisions of the Company-Level Collective Bargaining Agreement. Today's decision by the JSW SA Management Board is a step toward sorting out this unfavorable situation.
