Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) hereby reports that the publication date of the 2018 Standalone and Consolidated Annual Report and the Standalone Payment Report to the public administration for 2018 has been changed. According to the periodic report publication schedule in 2019 published by JSW in Current Report no. 5/2019 of 16 January 2019, the declared publication date of the 2018 Standalone and Consolidated Annual Report and the Standalone Payment Report to the public administration for 2018 was to be 21 March 2019.

The new publication date of the 2018 Standalone and Consolidated Annual Report and the Standalone Payment Report to the public administration for 2018 has been set for 14 March 2019.

Legal basis: § 80 item 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
