The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW") hereby reports that the date of publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023 and the consolidatedreport on payments to the public administration for 2023 has been changed. According to the 2024 periodic report publication schedule, published by JSW in Current Report No. 3/2024 on 23 January 2024, the declared date for the publication of the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2023 was 19 March 2024.

The new publication date for the standalone and consolidated annual report for 2023 and the consolidated report on payments to the public administration for 2023 has been set for 23 April 2024.
