In connection with current report no. 7/2013 of 11 April 2013, the Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. Management Board („Company”, „JSW S.A.”) announces on 25 April 2013 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Artur Wojtków, as of the date of holding this year’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of the Company, to be the Vice-President of Labor and Social Policy in the JSW S.A. Management Board of the eighth term of office – as elected by the employees of JSW S.A.

Legal basis: § 5 section 1 sub-section 22 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic information conveyed by securities issuers and the conditions for recognizing the information required by the regulations of a non-member state as being equivalent.
