Body of the report:

In reference to current report no. 5/2015 of 28 January 2015 and no. 11/2015 of 13 February 2015 the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („JSW”, „Company”) hereby announces that the "Negotiations Agreement of 13 February 2015" was signed by and between the JSW Management Board and the JSW Trade Unions Protest and Strike Committee with the participation of mediator Mr. Longin Komołowski, JSW Supervisory Board Chairman, Mr. Józef Myrczek, Chairman of the Trade Unions Protest and Strike Committee in the Silesian and Dąbrowski Region, Mr. Dominik Kolorz and Chairman of PZZ “Kadra”, Mr. Dariusz Trzcionka. The trade union representation treats the entry into force of the signed Agreement as being conditional upon its acceptance by the JSW S.A. Supervisory Board and the possibility of fully executing its postulates.
