Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 14 March 2024 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to dismiss, as of today, Mr. Edward Paździorko [Paździorko] from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters of the 11th term of office.

Reasons for the dismissal of the aforementioned person were not specified.

At the same time, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to:

• appoint, as of today, Mr. Adam Rozmus as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters of the 11th term of office,
• appoint, as of today, Ms. Jolanta Gruszka as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales of the 11th term of office.

The Company will provide the other information about the above persons, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers [...] are attached to this current report.

At the same time, the JSW Management Board reports that, in accordance with the submitted representations, the aforementionedpersons, i.e.: Mr. Adam Rozmus and Ms. Jolanta Gruszka are not involved in any activities competitive to those they perform at JSW, are not partners or shareholders in any competing civil law company, partnership or capital company, nor are they involved in any other competitive legal person as members of its governing body. The newly appointed persons are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in the National Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
