Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („JSW”, “Company”) hereby announces that in conjunction with the resignation tendered by Mr. Jarosław Zagórowski from acting in the capacity of JSW’s CEO, as the Company reported in current report no. 13/2015 of 16 February 2015, today the JSW Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust the fulfillment of duties of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer to Mr. Jerzy Borecki, Vice-President in charge of Production from 18 February 2015 until the time of appointing a new Chief Executive Officer.
