The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. reports that there may be a problem with opening the files attached to current report no. 14/2019 as published and pertaining to the announcement of the convening of an Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW S.A. (“ESM”) to be held on 21 March 2019, in connection with which it is hereby distributing the following files once again:

  1. Announcement on convening the ESM of JSW to be held on 21 March 2019

  2. Draft resolutions of the ESM

  3. Documents forming the subject matter for the ESM’s discussion

Legal basis: § 15 Section 2 and § 19 Section 1 Items 1 and 2 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
