Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [“JSW”, “Company”], in reference to Current Report No. 4/2024 of 30 January 2024, reports that on 20 March 2024, the Investor Meeting of the JSW Stabilization Closed-end Investment Fund [“FIZ”, “Fund”] adopted a resolution to extend the duration of the FIZ until 30 December 2027 [which is 3 years compared to the date when the Fund was established]. The resolution comes into force on the date of its adoption.
