Body of the report:             

In reference to current report no. 5/2015 of 28 January 2015, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) reports that today the Company received the decision of the District Court in Gliwice, II Civil Division of the Remote Branch Office located in Rybnik of 11 February 2015 to grant an injunction to the Company.  

The Court resolved:

1) to grant an injunction to JSW in Jastrzębie-Zdrój („Claimant”) by prohibiting, for the time of the pending proceeding specified in item 2) of the decision, the Members of the JSW Trade Unions Protest and Strike Committee: Sławomir Kozłowski, Roman Brudziński, Zenon Dąbrowski, Krzysztof Łabądź, Mieczysław Kościuk, Krzysztof Leśniowski, Piotr Szereda, Adam Honisz and Dariusz Kolorz („Respondents”) from taking actions or omissions in a form calling for employees to refrain from working on the premises of the Complainant’s business or running strikes on the basis of the results of the strike referendum held on 26 and 27 January 2015,

2) to give the Claimant a deadline of 14 days to submit a claim against the Respondents to prohibit actions, otherwise the injunction will expire.
