Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) hereby reports that on 21 April 2022 a coal multi-annual agreement (“Agreement”) was entered into by and between Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (acting in the Agreement as the “Seller”) and Metalimex a.s. with its registered office in Prague, Czech Republic (acting in the Agreement as the “Buyer”).

The Agreement was executed from April 2022 to December 2028. Under the Agreement, coal will be supplied to secure the production needs of OKK Koksovny a.s..

The estimate value of the Agreement is PLN 2.12 billion.

In connection with the Buyer’s significant share in JSW's customer portfolio, information about the executed Agreement is material due to securing stable coal sales in the long term.
