The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) hereby publishes the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Company’s Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting on 27 February 2012:

Number of votes: 67,292,824 (say: sixty-seven million two hundred ninety-two thousand eight hundred twenty-four).

Percentage of votes at the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting: 85,32%

Percentage of total votes: 56,45%
