Body of the report:

In reference to current reports no. 3/2015 of 21 January 2015, no. 5/2015 of 28 January 2015, no. 11/2015 of 13 February 2015 and no. 12/2015 of 14 February 2015, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) reports that today an agreement was signed by and between the JSW Management Board and the Trade Unions Protest and Strike Committee representing the trade union organizations operating in JSW. This document forms an attachment to this report. The agreement referred to above lays out in detail the agreement the Company announced in current report no. 12/2015 and according to art. 9 § 1 of the Labor Code it facilitates implementation of the labor costs savings agreed upon with the trade union organizations.

The positive effects of curtailing labor costs ensuing from the agreement executed today are estimated to total roughly PLN 515 million in 2015 and 2016.
