The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) hereby reports that on 4 May 2021 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions to appoint:

1. Mr. Jarosław Jędrysek as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Financial Matters of the 10th term, as of 10 May 2021;

2. Mr. Włodzimierz Hereźniak as the Vice-President of the Management Board for Sales of the 10th term, as of 5 May 2021

Other information regarding the newly appointed members of the JSW Management Board, as required under the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms for recognising as equivalent information that is required by the laws of a non-member state, will be published in a separate current report.
