The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“the Company”) hereby
informs that on 4 July 2011 an application was filed with the Warsaw Stock Exchange to admit the following securities to trading on the main market:

1) 84,595,417 ordinary A series bearer shares with a par value of PLN 5 each,
designated with code PLJSW0000015,

2) 9,325,580 ordinary B series bearer shares with a par value of PLN 5 each,
designated with code PLJSW0000015.
