The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 10 January 2012 Mr. Marek Wadowski submitted his resignation from the function of Deputy CEO for Economic Matters, effective as of 16 January 2012, for important personal reasons.
