Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [Company, JSW] hereby reports that the Company received, from the Regional Court in Gliwice, the 10th Commercial Division, a copy of the statement of claim to repeal Resolution no. 7 adopted by the Ordinary Shareholder Meeting on 16 June 2023 regarding the distribution of JSW's net profit for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, filed by a shareholder of the Company, who is a natural person.

The Company believes that the action is groundless and the Management Board intends to take appropriate legal steps to protect the Company's justified interest. The Company will inform the shareholders about further steps in this case in separate current reports.
