The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces the dates of publication of the Company’s periodic reports in the financial year 2011.  

1. Consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2011 (presentation of the consolidated semi-annual report with abbreviated semi-annual financial statements and abbreviated notes pursuant to § 83 Section 3 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent (“RFM”)) – 31 August 2011.

2. The Company’s Management Board hereby informs that, pursuant to § 101 Section 2 of the RMF, it chooses not to publish the Company’s consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2011.

3. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2011 – 14 November 2011.

All periodic reports will be published on the Company’s website (www.jsw.pl) in the Investor Relations tab under “Stock exchange reports / Periodic reports”.
