Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) hereby reports that on 28 June 2018 the Company received representations from the Minister of Energy acting on behalf of the State Treasury to appoint as of this date, pursuant to § 15 sec. 13 of the Company’s Articles of Association, the following persons to the JSW Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office:

1. Halina Buk

2. Antoni Malinowski

3. Alojzy Nowak

4. Krzysztof Kwaśniewski

5. Adam Pawlicki

6. Tomasz Lis

Moreover, on 28 June 2018, the JSW Ordinary Shareholder Meeting appointed the following persons elected by JSW employees to the JSW Supervisory Board of the 10th term of office:                

1. Arkadiusz Wypych

2. Robert Kudelski

3. Paweł Bieszczad

4. Tadeusz Kubiczek 

Other information about the appointed Members of the JSW Supervisory Board, which is required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 February 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent, will be provided by the Company at a later date in a separate current report.
