Body of the Report:

In reference to current report no. 2/2014 of 15 January 2014 on the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2014, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW S.A.") announces that the publication date of the Consolidated report for H1 2014 has changed.

By decision of the JSW S.A. Management Board, the publication date of the Consolidated report for H1 2014, planned for 7 August 2014, has been changed and set at 13 August 2014.

Other information included in current report no. 2/2014 of 15 January 2014 has not changed.
