Body of the report:

In reference to Current Report No. 21/2022 on the appointment of the members of the JSW Management Board to its 11th term of office, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) informs that today the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to entrust Mr. Tomasz Cudny with the performance of the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development from the date of the new 11th term of office, i.e. as of the day of holding the Company’s Ordinary Shareholder Meeting convened to be held on 3 June 2022 until the date of appointing the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development. In this period, Mr. Tomasz Cudny will also continue to serve as the President of the JSW Management Board.

The information required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent was presented in Current Report No. 21/2022 of 10 May 2022 on the appointment of Mr. Tomasz Cudny to be the President of the JSW Management Board.
