Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”, “Company”) hereby reports that on 13 October 2023 a memorandum of agreement was executed between the JSW Management Board and the Representative Trade Union Organizations (“Memorandum of Agreement”) ending the collective dispute launched by the trade unions on 1 August 2023. Having conducted a mediation procedure, the parties agreed that on 27 October 2023, an additional one-off bonus will be paid out to JSW employees.

The amount of the additional one-off bonus will not exceed the gross amount of PLN 303 million and will be charged to the Company’s profit and loss for Q3 2023. This information has been recognized as material due to the significant share of labor costs in the overall operating costs of the Company.
