Body of the report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) reports that today Mr. Jan Przywara tendered his resignation from serving in the capacity of a Supervisory Board member in the Company as of 2 October 2017. He stated the reason for his resignation as being his retention as the President of the Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Wodnej i Rekultywacji S.A., i.e. a company belonging to the JSW Group.
