Body of the report:

In reference to current report no. 31/2014 of 20 October 2014, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“JSW”) reports that it received a notification today on the Moody’s rating agency retracting as of 27 April 2015 JSW’s Ba2 corporate rating with a stable outlook and on retracting the Ba3 rating with a stable outlook with regard to the senior notes issue by JSW Finance AB (a special-purpose vehicle in Sweden, established by Polski Koks S.A., a JSW subsidiary) planned at the time of awarding the ratings. The ratings were retracted in connection with the senior notes issue not materializing.
