Body of the Report:

The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW S.A.”) provides the attached answers to questions asked by a shareholder of the Company who is a natural person pursuant to Article 428 §6 of the Commercial Company Code.

At the same time, the Company hereby reports that one of the shareholder's questions is similar to previous shareholder questions, which JSW S.A. has already answered by sending the answers directly to the shareholders and publishing relevant current reports. In addition, on the Company’s corporate website, a section entitled “Shareholders Questions” was added in the “Investor Relations” tab, which contains a summary of questions and answers, organized by topic.

The redundant question concerned topics related to the solidarity contribution.
