The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. („Company”) hereby reports that on 6 August 2014 it received a Communiqué from the Operational Department of the National Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ((„KDPW”)) announcing that pursuant to KDPW Management Board resolution no. 688/14 of 30 July 2014, 54.218 Company shares will be registered and designated with the code PLJSW0000015 on 8 August 2014.
