Body of the report:

In reference to Current Report No. 25/2021, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company”, “JSW”) informs that on 13 August 2021 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to second Mr. Stanisław Prusek, a Supervisory Board member to perform temporarily the duties of the President of the JSW Management Board of the 10th term of office, while simultaneously entrusting him with performing the duties of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters for the period from 16 August 2021 to 27 August 2021 inclusively.
