Body of the Report:

In reference to current report no. 2/2014 of 15 January 2014 on the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2014, the Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW S.A.") announces that the publication date of the Consolidated report for Q3 2014 has changed.
By decision of the JSW S.A. Management Board, the publication date of the Consolidated report for Q3 2014, planned for 6 November 2014, has been changed and set at 13 November 2014.

Legal basis: § 103 section 3 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
