Body of the Report:

The Management Board of JSW S.A. (The "Company") announces that today the Company has obtained information on registration of the amendments to the Articles of Association by the District Court in Gliwice, X Division of the National Court Register.

The Company encloses the consolidated text of the Articles of Association which takes into account these changes and a list of the provisions before and after registration.

Legal Basis:

§ 38 Section 1 Item 2 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation issued on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
