Body of the report:
The Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. (“Company,” “JSW”) hereby announces that on 27 August 2021 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Tomasz Cudny as President of JSW’s Management Board, 10th term, effective from 28 August 2021.
Moreover, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted resolutions pertaining to the following:
1. Entrusting Mr. Tomasz Cudny with the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Technical and Operational Matters from 28 August 2021 to 31 August 2021. During this period Mr. Tomasz Cudny will also continue to serve as the President of JSW’s Management Board.
2. Entrusting Mr. Tomasz Cudny with the duties of Vice-President of the Management Board for Development from 28 August 2021 to the date of appointment of the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development. During this period Mr. Tomasz Cudny will also continue to serve as the President of JSW’s Management Board.
Further information about Mr. Tomasz Cudny as required under the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the terms for recognising as equivalent information that is required by the laws of a non-member state, will be published in a separate current report.
